Sgt. John Oyervides, a military working dog handler with Military Police Support Company, III Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, III MEF, gives positive reinforcement to Hyk, a specialized patrol explosive dog, for doing a good job during a live fire transition shoot at range 16 on Camp Hansen. The shoot helped the dogs become accustomed to the sound of firearms.
