                            DUTCH HARBOR, Alaska (Aug. 24, 2017) USS Kentucky (SSBN 737) departs Broad Bay in Dutch Harbor, Alaska, after a Brief Stop for Provisions. Kentucky is one of eight ballistic missile submarines stationed at Naval Base Kitsap, and supports the U.S. ability to maintain a strong, credible strategic force and enhance and provide for the security and stability of allies.
