Alaska Senator Mark Begich enjoys a upclose look into a U.S. Army Stryker vehicle during a tour of the Army's National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif., Feb. 24. Begich visited the Alaska-based 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division during their pre-deployment rotation at the NTC. During his visit Begich toured Forward Operating Base Denver in a Stryker vehicle, enjoyed a Meal-Ready to Eat, and visited the soldiers working inside the Tactical Operations Center.
