Workers with contractor Veteran Range Solutions complete work on a stress-shoot facility at Range 18 on North Post on Aug. 9, 2017, at Fort McCoy, Wis. Range 18 is one of 31 live-fire ranges at the installation that has a lot of use throughout the year, including by service members completing sniper training. In the facility, there will be three lanes of five obstacles that service members negotiate to get their blood pressure and breathing up before they start firing at a tower located between some other lanes.
