Staff Sgt. Andrew Warner of the 361st Bridge Company, 391st Engineer Battalion gives direction to a scraper driver. Warner’s unit is removing the top of a hill to create an open line of sight for a tank range and building a mat to support moving targets. Warner is at Joint National Training Center for Resolute Castle 17, a joint operation with the 926th Engineer Brigade, 59th Troop Command, and Romanian 10th Engineer Brigade, which develops relationships within the NATO alliance and builds training infrastructure in Romania.
