Sgt. 1st Class David Richey, Detachment 62, 95th Division, U.S. Army Reserve, receives the first Pizza Hut pizza after a reopening ceremony Feb. 20, at Camp Phoenix in Kabul, Afghanistan. Richey, along with several other service members and civilians, came to eat and celebrate Pizza Hut’s return.
