Survey Vessel CATLETT, named after the late Harold Catlett, a longtime hydrographic surveyor with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, will support Baltimore District's navigation mission, including conducting hydrographic surveys of channels associated with the Port of Baltimore.
