A U.S. Army Corps of Engineers vessel named 'Catlett' is underway on a river or harbor, moving at speed and generating a visible wake. The white and dark-hulled catamaran-style workboat is equipped with navigation equipment, mast, and safety railings. An urban skyline and what appears to be a historic fort or fortification are visible in the background.
