Daumerie is a war hero and fighter pilot who was executed in 1942 during World War II. The event offered a unique opportunity for the U.S. service members to honor a fallen hero and strengthen their relationship with NATO allies during the U.S. Army Garrison Benelux's 50th anniversary in Belgium.
