A U.S. Army parachute rigger, assigned to 165th Quartermaster Company, Georgia National Guard, issues a U.S. Soldier assigned to the Georgia Army National Guard’s Company H, 121st Infantry Regiment, (Airborne) his parachute Aug. 4 at the Tbilisi military airport, Georgia during exercise Noble Partner before a combined U.S. and Georgian airborne operation. Noble Partner is an annual U.S. Army Europe-led exercise designed to support Georgia’s integration into the NATO Response Force and allows multinational partners to work together in a realistic and challenging training event.
