The U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Aug. 13 for the Staff Sgt. Jonah E. Kelley Army Reserve Center on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The center underwent a $13.5 million full-facility revitalization, allowing Soldiers to train in an up-to-date, energy-efficient facility that represents the next step toward ensuring America’s Army Reserve remain the most capable, combat-ready and lethal federal reserve force in the history of the nation.
