Members of the Misawa Navy Snow Team spend the day at the 62nd Annual Sapporo Snow Festival representing the snow sculpture they built and passing out Manga comic books to festivalgoers. The team are in Sapporo representing their commands at Naval Air Facility Misawa, Japan. This is the 28th year the base sent a team to the northern Japanese city to create a snow sculpture and interact with the local populace. The Mangas commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Security between the United States and Japan.
