Matthew Garwood (LEFT), command sergeant major’s truck commander for the PSD with the 3rd Sus. Bde., and a Jamaica native. Garwood plans to present the flag to a friend who served with him on his first PSD team during OIF III. The friend lost his left leg in an IED blast.
