170803-N-GG858-035 SEATTLE (August 3, 2017) U.S. Navy Officers and members of the Seattle Navy League take a group picture in the well-deck of San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23) during a tour of Anchorage. The tour was a part of the Seattle Navy League Luncheon held aboard Anchorage. The tour was headed by Capt. Dennis Jacko, commanding officer of Anchorage and group included Rear Adm. Marcus Hitchcock, Commander, Carrier Strike Group 3, and Rear Adm. Gary Mayes, Commander, Navy Region Northwest. The luncheon was a part of the 68th Annual Seafair Fleet Week in Seattle. Seafair Fleet Week is an annual celebration of the sea services wherein Sailors, Marines and Coast Guard members from visiting U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships and ships from Canada make the city a port of call.
