U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers assigned to the 317th Engineer Construction Company, (what) at Blackfeet Reservation located near Browning, Mont., July 30, 2017. The 317th ECC which is assigned to the 416th Engineer Battalion, at Homewood, IL, spent two months in northwest Montana constructing roads for the local Native population for the purpose of training and helping to build up the local communities while creating a trusting relationship with the U.S. government.
