Hayes, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa, presents a casualty scenario to Rwanda Defense Force battalion medical officers during a flight medicine seminar Jan. 26, 2010. The seminar, requested by the RDF, presented information on U.S. military medical evacuation procedures with rotary aircraft in support of the RDF’s growing inventory of search and rescue enabled aircraft.
