Sgt. 1st Class Adam Sokolowski, a Yeagertown, Pennsylvania native and the Service Pistol Team chief and coach with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, fires his 9-mm pistol alongside Spc. Anthony Heinauer, a fellow USAMU Soldier, at the 2017 Bianchi Cup on May 24 in Hallsville, Missouri. Sokolowski, who won the 2016 Production Division Champion title, not only earned the new title of Metallic Division Champion but also set a national record for the first-ever, perfect score of 1920 with a metallic gun (iron sights) at the Bianchi Cup.
