Marvin Hill, senior enlisted leader, International Security Assistance Force/U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, at Combat Outpost Charkh, Monday. Workman has served six years in the Army, received a battle field promotion to staff sergeant in 2008, and a bronze star with valor on his first day as a platoon sergeant.
