Petty Officer 2nd Class Patricia Malone-Kelly, culinary specialist, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3’s Headquarters Company labels keys for new rooms that soon to be assigned to the Seabees here for berthing. NMCB 3 is deployed to southern Afghanistan to provide construction and engineering support to the regional commands. NMCB 3 is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces providing construction, engineering and security services in support of national strategy, naval power projection, humanitarian assistance and contingency operations.
