Constructionman Diana Aceves, builder, (right) vibrates wet concrete being poured by Constructionman Daniel Fuentes, builder, to increase its compressive strength and decrease its permeability at the Ecole 5 primary school construction project in Djibouti. Aceves and Fuentes are Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74 Detail Horn of Africa currently deployed to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa to assist in promoting regional stability by providing construction engineering support for schools, medical clinics and water wells throughout the region.
