Chief Electronics Technician (SW) Tim Lowery, a USS Ramage (DDG 61) assistant boarding officer on the visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team, boards a regional fishing dhow while a Ramage RHIB boat circles the civilian vessel. The guided-missile destroyer, is currently conducting Maritime Security Operations in U.S. 5th Fleet as part of the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group.
