    U.S. Army Spc. Solomon Conley, a carpentry and masonry specialist with the 523rd Engineer Company at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii, cuts a board to length as U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Kyle Quinata, a structural engineer with the 254th Red Horse Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, observes during Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-3 at Karave Primary School in Ba, Fiji, July 18, 2017.
