Brig. Gen. William E. King IV (center), commanding general of the 20th CBRNE Command from Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, and Col. Thomas Holliday, Redstone Arsenal garrison commander, join special guests on July 10 to cut the cake that signifies the mission-ready status for the CARA-West team.
