A FIM-92 Stinger surface-to-air missile strikes a target during a live fire exercise at Yuma Proving Grounds, Yuma, Ariz., July 8, 2017. This exercise was conducted by 3rd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion, Marine Air Control Group 38 (MACG-38), 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (3D MAW) in order to maintain proficiency and accuracy with the FIM-92 Stinger.
