Scaling the rope climb portion of the depot’s obstacle course is the last event Company F recruits have to do before they are finished with the training event, Dec. 11. The obstacle course is part of third phase recruit training aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. They ran the entire course twice, scaling the rope only once, before performing fireman carries and buddy drags.
