    Soldiers of the 10th Iraqi Army Division receive the opening brief of a major command post exercise on Camp Sparrowhawk, near Amarah, Iraq, Dec. 30, 2010. Provincial Council members were invited along with local media to see the kick-off of a major integrated exercise involving all elements of the ISF.
