Cpl. Matt Williams of the 225th Field Engineers, U.K. Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia), ties rebar while Sapper Mulligan holds it steady. The rebar is internal wall support for a Light Demolition Range being built as part of Operation Resolute Castle 2017 at the Joint National Training Center, Cincu, Romania. Resolute Castle is an exercise strengthening the NATO alliance and enhancing its capacity for joint training and response to threats within the region.
