Kenneth Spear uses a three-hole drill to complete one of the finishing steps in the creation of a training manual at the National Guard Bureau Publication Management Center, July 5, 2017 at Camp Keyes in Augusta, Maine. This is only one of the many steps it takes to get a printed product from a computer document to the hands of a reader who needs it. The operation is the only National Guard Bureau operated print shop in the U.S.
