PACIFIC OCEAN (June 27, 2017) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 1st Class Raymond Tangi, from Mililani, Hawaii, guides an MH-60S Seahawk, assigned to the “Blackjacks” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 21, to the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) to pick up pallets of ammunition waiting to be transported to shore.
