Maj. Gen. Brian Tarbet, adjutant general, Utah National Guard, presents Staff Sgt. Matthew Cieslak resident of Mountain Green and Sgt. Joseph Lee, resident of South Jordan the Utah Cross during a ceremony, Dec. 4, at Camp Williams, Utah. Lee and Cieslak were presented the award for selflessly providing lifesaving first aid to an injured moped driver in Kampong Speu, Cambodia, June 17. Both soldiers are members of the 197th Special Troops Company (Airborne), Utah Army National Guard.
