Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new buildings at Western Regional Hospital on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, in Belmopan, Belize. A new emergency room extension and incinerator housing, plus several projects of opportunity were completed as part of Beyond the Horizon 2017, a collaborative training event between U.S. Army South, Belize Defence Force, and other partner nations in Central America.
