170624-N-ZL062-008 CORAL SEA (June 24, 2017) Midshipmen 2nd Class Gage Murphy, from Hesperia, Calif., fires a M240B machine gun on the forecastle of the amphibious transport dock USS Green Bay (LPD 20) during a drill that tested the crewmember’s ability to defend the ship from an attack. Green Bay, part of the Bonhomme Richard Expeditionary Strike Group, is operating in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region to enhance partnerships and be a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
