First Lady Michelle Obama and Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Eugene Sharpe of Marine Corps Site Support Anacostia, place bags filled with toys collected at the White House, into a box for sorting into age and gender categories at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington. Obama helped Marine Corps personnel sort a variety of toys for underprivileged boy and girls. During her visit, she thanked Toys for Tots volunteers and other military members for their efforts.
