Sgt. Rocky Ramirez, a construction worker with the 414th Civil Affairs Battalion, from McAllen, Texas, installs network cable for the brand new tax center located at the Legal Service Center on Camp Liberty. A trailer was donated to the LSC to help during the upcoming tax season. The trailer was completely empty, but with a little hard work, is now a fully operating tax center for Soldiers.
