Grimm, a native of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., two of the four Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division, based out of Fort Bliss Texas, who were killed by an improvised explosive device Jan. 15., are adorned with unit coins and a Bronze Star and Purple Heart Medal during a memorial ceremony held Jan. 18 at Forward Operating Base Marez in Mosul, Iraq.
