A person wearing a full hazmat/CBRN protective suit with yellow boot covers is bent over examining or handling materials on the ground in an open field. The suit appears to be a silver/tan encapsulated chemical protective ensemble, consistent with military or emergency response operations. Several white and dark-colored bags or containers are visible on the dry grass nearby.
