    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla Districts, Park Tech Sandy Hattan and Natural Resources Specialist Michael J. Swenson, engage children at the Water Safety Station during the Prospect Point Elementary School Field Day, Walla Walla, Wash.
