    174th Attack Wing

    New York Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Duane Morgan and First Sgt. John Scheele role play to reinforce counseling techniques learned in the 174th Attack Wing leadership development course on June 7, 2017 at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse N.Y. In this scenario, Morgan was tasked with verbally counseling Scheele for unprofessional behavior. Classmates, facilitators, and Senior NCOs were able to provide feedback and offer suggestions in handling counseling sessions that provide for desired outcomes, proper documentation, and outlining measurable expectations.
