Jerry Evans, military pay chief for the 9th Financial Management Company, 22nd Human Resource Company, 3rd Sustainment Brigade, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), and a Huntsville, Ala., native, gains access to his Eagle Cash account to put add funds for his Savings Deposit Plan using one of the Eagle Cash kiosks inside the Finance office on Contingency Operating Base Basrah, Iraq, Nov. 28. The Eagle Cash kiosks allow service members to withdraw money from their accounts and put it onto their individual card, removing the need for debit cards and checks.
