The cargo ship USNS Baldomero Lopez (T-AK 3010) holds equipment bound for cave sites in Norway, June 6, 2017. The ship brought newly serviced equipment to Marine Corps Prepositioning Program - Norway (MCPP-N) caves to maintain the Marine Corps’ forward operational readiness. MCPP-N eliminates the need to send equipment from the United States during exercises abroad, increasing operational response time. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Emily Dorumsgaard)
