Thousands of paratroopers lined up at Green Ramp to donate a toy in hope of earning foreign jump wings the following morning. The 13th annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop was held Dec. 10 and 11 on Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base, N.C. U.S. Army and Air Force service members are donating thousands of toys to help brighten the holidays for children and families in need.
