A crewmember aboard the 154-foot Coast Guard Cutter Lawrence Lawson assists a 252-lb Loggerhead Turtle, the crew named Tammie, approximately 3-miles east of Cape Henlopen, Delaware, Monday, June 12, 2017.

The crew worked along with members of the Marine Education, Research & Rehabilitation Institute and members of Sea Turtle Recovery to rescue the turtle.
