    Dutch soldier talks to students from the Romanian Military College. NATO troops have been training in Romania for exercise Noble Jump. Over 4,000 troops from eight nations are taking part. It’s designed to test the responsiveness and readiness of the Very High Readiness Joint Task Force or VJTF. The VJTF is NATO’s spearhead force and is able to deploy within 48 hours. The United Kingdom has the responsibility of leading the land and air components of the force this year.
