Oregon National Guard Spc. Matthew Bringman, a medic with C Company, 141 Brigade Support Battalion, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and Pfc. Elizabeth Cuesta, a medic with the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 1249th Engineers Battalion, 82nd Brigade, meet Capt. Chris Basset, a Camp Umatilla Regional Training Institute manager assigned to 2nd Battalion, 641st Aviation Regiment, and a Pathfinder instructor as they return from retrieving a package that landed in the Pacific Ocean at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon, June 7, 2017. Basset coordinated a drop with a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter pilot. As the drop was made, the wind stopped which made the package drop vertically causing it to land in the ocean. (Photo by Staff Sgt. Anita VanderMolen, 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment)
