Oregon National Guard Spc. Matthew Bringman, a medic with C Company, 141 Brigade Support Battalion, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, and Pfc. Elizabeth Cuesta, a medic with the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 1249th Engineers Battalion, 82nd Brigade, meet Capt. Chris Basset, a Camp Umatilla Regional Training Institute manager assigned to 2nd Battalion, 641st Aviation Regiment, and a Pathfinder instructor as they return from retrieving a package that landed in the Pacific Ocean at Camp Rilea in Warrenton, Oregon, June 7, 2017. Basset coordinated a drop with a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter pilot. As the drop was made, the wind stopped which made the package drop vertically causing it to land in the ocean. (Photo by Staff Sgt.
