Maj. Gen. Troy D. Kok, commanding general of the U.S. Army Reserve’s 99th Regional Support Command, headquartered at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehusrt, New Jersey, helps cut the cake June 10 with the help of Don Schumacher Racing.
