Island Lake, Ill., native Sgt. Thomas Noga, an early warning system operator for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Air Cavalry Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, suites up for his good deed at Camp Taji, Iraq, Dec. 26. Noga will attempt to eat a 42 ounce can of yams to help raise money for Baker Victory Services, a non-for-profit special education school servicing student with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities, in a challenge issued by a captain from 1st ACB.
