The team that consisted of Spc. Michael Williams of West Memphis, Ark., Spc. Toni Feather of Spartenburg, S.C., and Sgt. Robert Higgins of Andalusia, Alabama, all from 512th Quartermaster Company, 13th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Sustainment Brigade, 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) started the event off strong by winning the casualty evacuation competition.
