Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton arrives at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain Hotel and Spa Dec. 3, 2010. Clinton addressed a crowd of more than 600 delegates during the 7th International Institute for Strategic Studies Regional Security Summit, the Manama Dialogue. During her 30-minute address, Clinton discussed key security challenges for the Gulf region. The dialogue provides government leaders opportunities to make public statements regarding policy approaches to regional security.
