Kyle Gietzen, Michigan National Guard Team Spartan, with the best combined aggregate place value of 25 with one 1st place win. They are presented with Top Machine Gunner Plaques by Col. Dennis Humphrey, National Guard Marksmanship Training Center Commander, May 25, 2017 at the completion of the 46th Annual Winston P.
