A Soldier talks with Command Sgt. Maj. Shontina Edwards, the senior enlisted advisor of the 3rd Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, following a kickoff event of the brigade Women’s Mentorship Network June 2. After competing in a series of physically and mentally demanding challenges, the female Soldiers of the brigade sat down for breakfast with the Edwards where she discussed some of the challenges and advantages of being a female Soldier.
