Brig. Gen. (P) William D.R. Waff (left) accepts the colors from Lt. Gen. Jack C. Stultz (right), Chief of the Army Reserve and commanding general of the United States Army Reserve Command as a symbol of accepting command of the 99th Regional Support Command during the 99th RSC Change of Command Ceremony held at Doughboy Field on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst on Oct 3. The 99th RSC provides administrative, logistical, facilities management and other base-operations support to all Army Reserve Soldiers, units and properties in the northeast region of the United States. More than 46,000 Soldiers, 400 Headquarters and 300 facilities are located in the 99th’s 13-state area of responsibility that stretches from Maine to Virginia.
